Class 1 Officer with 14 years of experience in the Sri Lanka Educational Administrative Service, started from the Eastern Province covering Trincomalee, Batticaloa, and Ampara districts in the post-conflict period, and then led three consecutive national level educational flagship programs i.e. secondary school development, NSBS, and education reforms at the national level from the Ministry of Education, with experience in the Western Province.

A self-motivated educationist with well-developed Leadership, Management, and ICT skills combined with multi-disciplinary skills in the fields of law, media & mathematics get on well with people at all levels, easily making good working relationships, Decision maker + “Out of the box” Thinker and Seek out new responsibilities irrespective of reward and recognition.
